Welcome to Japanese Food!
In this page, you can learn about traditional and modern Japanese cuisine.

General Information
When you first think of Japanese food, what image comes to mind? For most people, they think of raw, slimy fish. This is why many people claim they don't like this food even before they have even tasted it. Don't get me wrong, raw fish is a big part of Japanese cuisine, but there is more to it than that. Most Japanese cuisine is eaten with wooden or plastic sticks called chopsticks. Other dishes, like soups, are eaten with a large porcelain or plastic spoon.
